Cancellations & Returns
Please allow enough time for your order to reach you prior to your event date.
If you purchase at the last minute it is your risk of it not arriving in time. It doesn't give you the right to return the item and get a refund.
Cancellations
I gladly accept cancellations before your order gets handmade (Processing fees that the Payment system charges us won’t be refunded per their Policy effective as of June 6, 2023).
25% restocking fee applied if your item has been already made.
No cancellations for Custom order if it has been already handmade.
Returns and Exchanges
I don't accept returns or exchanges:
Due to hygienic and quality reasons.
For items purchased on Sale or when a Discount is applied.
For Custom orders.
If ordered item doesn’t match your outfit. Please contact me with pictures of your gown and other accessories for an advice.
If you’d like to exchange the color of the marquise Rhinestones, please contact me no later than 5 days from when the order has been delivered according to the tracking information. The customer is responsible for both ways of returning shipping.
Wrong Address
Please double-check the address you use for shipping. We do not hold the responsibility if the item is delivered to the wrong address by a Customer's mistake.
Please, contact us as soon as you realize there is a mistake in the address. I'll try my best to reach the Shipping company and ask them to re-route the package if it is still in transit and in their ability to do that.
